Online Convention Dates
Monday, March 8 - Thursday, March 11

All attendees to the virtual convention and exhibits must register
- Click on the "REGISTER HERE" button above to register for the convention
- Update your contact information to ensure your email address is correct!
- You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your paid registration
Short Courses
- If you wish to register for Short Courses only, select the "Short Course Tickets only" option to view and add available tickets to your cart
- For more information on Short Courses, click on the "Ticketed Events" button to the left hand side of the screen
Payment Policy
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) is the official form of payment. If you are unable to pay by credit card please contact us for an alternative method of payment.
- Cheque payments will not be accepted after February 12, 2021. Wire transfers or EFTs are not accepted.
- All fees are in Canadian dollars. Payments may be made in US dollars using an exchange rate of CAD$1.15 per US dollar.
- After February 12, 2021 only online payments will be accepted
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) and received by February 26, 2021 to receive a full refund less a 25% administration fee
- There will be no refund for cancellations received after February 26, 2021
- Membership dues are non-refundable
