Online Convention Dates

All attendees must register for a pass

Click the “Register Here” button above to register for the convention
You will have the option to include the Online component with your All Access Pass. You can add or remove this option any time before June 28 by going to "My Registrations" in your Account.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your paid registration

Ticketed Events

If you wish to register for Short Courses only, you must choose the “Ticketed Events Only" option to view and add available tickets to your cart
For more information on Short Courses, click on the “Short Course Tickets" button on the left hand side of the screen.

Payment Policy

Acceptable methods of payment are cheque, VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Wire transfers or EFTs are not accepted. Cheque payments will not be accepted after May 13, 2022.
To purchase Short Courses or register after May 13, you must pay by credit card.
After May 27, 2022 there will be no online purchase of Short Course tickets. If tickets are available, you may purchase them at the Onsite Cashier counter, MTCC, South Building, Level 600.
The Onsite Cashier counter will open Saturday, June 11, 2022.
All fees are in Canadian dollars. Payments may be made in US dollars using an exchange rate of CAD$1.15 per US dollar.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to pdac@pdacevents.ca

If you cannot attend, you may:

Transfer the registration to another individual.
On or before May 27, 2022, switch the registration from In-person to Online (or vice versa). Pay or be refunded the difference in fees.
On or before May 27, 2022, cancel the registration less a 25% administration fee.
After May 27, 2022, no refunds will be provided

Membership fees are non-refundable.

In the event the PDAC must cancel the 2022 Convention (in person), attendee registration fees and/or Short Course fees will be refunded 100%.
