Online Convention Dates

All attendees must register for a pass

Click "I'm Registering Myself" or "I'm Registering Someone Else" above to register for the convention.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your paid registration.

Ticketed Events

If you wish to register for Short Courses or the Awards Gala only, select the “Ticketed Events Only" option to view and add available tickets to your cart.
For more information on Short Courses, click on the “PDAC 2023 Pass Types & Fees" link on your dashboard.

Payment Policy

Acceptable methods of payment are cheque, VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Wire transfers or EFTs are not accepted. Cheque payments will not be accepted after February 10, 2023.
After February 10, 2023 all Ticketed Event purchases and registrations must be paid online by credit card to guarantee entry.
After February 10, 2023 any unpaid early rate registrations will be changed to regular rates.
After February 24, 2023 all unpaid and Ticketed Event purchases can only be secured, if available, at the Onsite Cashier counters.
The Onsite Cashier counters will open Friday, March 3, 2023.
All fees are in Canadian dollars. Payments may be made in US dollars using an exchange rate of CAD$1.18 per US dollar.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to pdac@pdacevents.ca

If you cannot attend, you may:

Transfer the registration to another individual.
On or before February 24, 2023, cancel the registration less a 25% administration fee.
After February 24, 2023, no refunds will be provided.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
